Blade Master: Auto Battle Pro — Data Deletion
This page explains how users of Blade Master: Auto Battle Pro (the "Service") can delete their game data. The Service does not create accounts; game progress is stored only on the user's device and in the user's own Google account storage (Google Play Games Saved Games).
Operated by Roadgames (Representative: Taehong Gil / Business registration no. 145-75-00714) Contact: roadgames.support@gmail.com
1. Delete in the app (recommended)
- Open the app → main screen → Settings (gear icon)
- Tap the "Reset Data" button at the bottom
- Confirm through the two-step confirmation dialogs
This is performed immediately and permanently deletes both the cloud snapshot and the local progress on the device. No grace period or restore option is provided.
2. Request deletion by email (if you cannot use the app)
To: roadgames.support@gmail.com
Subject: [Blade Master] Data deletion request
Include: your player ID, shown at the bottom of the in-app Settings screen (tap the ID box to copy it).
The Company processes requests within 7 business days of receipt. Because save data resides in your own Google account storage, you can also delete Play Games data yourself in your Google account settings (myaccount.google.com → Data & privacy) if the app is uninstalled.
3. Data deleted
- Cloud snapshot (game progress, inventory, skills, achievements, etc.) — deleted immediately
- Local data on the device — deleted immediately when using the in-app menu
4. Data retained
- Anonymized analytics data (Firebase, collected only if enabled in Settings) — automatically destroyed after up to 14 months per Google policy
- Crash diagnostic logs — up to 14 months
This data is retained in a form that cannot identify individuals. See the Privacy Policy for details.
